Since 1977, Eiffel Asia handed over to Vietnamese Government to form Construction Enterprise No. 2, direct under Construction Company No. 8 - the Ministry of Construction (according to the Decision no. 156-BXD-TCCB dated January 21, 1978 by the Minister the Ministry of Construction), with more than 500 employees, Chuong Duong Corporation continued the projects and works from Eiffel Company and continued the repair and expansion of Kien Luong Cement Factory, Viet Thang Textile Factory, Ben Cat Large Cattle Farm, Tan Mai Paper Factory, etc.

In 1980, Construction Enterprise No. 2 was renamed Machinery Installation Enterprise direct under Construction Company No. 1 - the Ministry of Construction according to the Decision no. 141/TCT-TCCB dated January 8, 1980 of the Construction Corporation No. 1. During this period, the Company primarily focused on the implementation of Tri An Hydropower Plant project, a key project of the State of Vietnam which then was of national and regional stature with the involvement of more than 1200 employees in the project

More than 1000 employees of the Company were in charge of the remaining scope of Tri An Hydropower Plant and implementing new project of Tran Phu Print, Suoi Tre Base Transceiver Station.
In 1990, renamed Construction and Installation Company (ACC) - Construction Corporation No. 1 - the Ministry of Construction under the Decision no. 847-BXD-TCLĐ dated December 04, 1990, of the Minister of the Ministry of Construction.

After completing Tri An Hydropower Plant, with a workforce of 1000 employees, the Company was getting trusted by the Ministry of Construction to be assigned to build Thac Mo Hydropower Plant, Lanh Binh Thang Sports Center and other projects related to foreign investment such as Vedan monosodium glutamate Factory, BP Lubricant Factory.
In 1993, the Minister of Construction decided to establish Construction and Installation Company (ACC) - Construction Corporation No. 1 - the Ministry of Construction under the Decision no. 070A/BXD-TCLD, dated March 18, 1993 of the Minister of the Ministry of Construction (independent economic accounting enterprise).

With about 850 employees including workers implementing the construction of Sao Mai - Hon Chong (Holcim) cement Factory, Tuong An Oil Factory, Phu My 1 Thermal Power Plant, Fujitsu Factory, Moteur Mabuchi Factory, Long Thanh Plastic Factory, Taicera porcelain Factory, Tan Tuan Kiet Plant, etc.

With more than 850 persons participating the construction of Phu My 2.2 Thermal Power Plant, Sai Gon River water Factory, Clinke Hiep Phuoc grinding factory, Phu Tho Indoor Sport Stadium, Petechim Gasoline Tanker, Thien Thanh Porcelain Factory, Trung Nguyen Coffee Factory.

In 2003, Construction and Installation Company renamed Chuong Duong Investment and Construction and Installation Corporation (ACIC) under the decision no. 1589/QD-BXD dated November 20, 2003 by the Minister of Construction on transferring Construction and installation Company under the Construction Corporation No. 1 to form Chuong Duong Investment and Construction and Installation Corporation.

With more than 800 laborers implementing industrial and civil works like: Sai Gon Beer Factory - Daklak, Sai Gon - Bac Lieu Beer Factory, Phu my Vegetable Oil Factory, Dong Thap Rice Export Warehouse, Cam Ranh Airport, Cai Mep Port Gasoline Terminal, Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plant...
In 2009, renamed Chuong Duong Corporation (CDC) under the Decision no. 92A/QĐ-ĐHCĐ-ACIC dated March 26, 2009 of the General meeting of shareholders of Chuong Duong Investment and Construction and installation Corporation.

More than 600 employees the Company implemented the projects of:  Daklak General Hospital, Sunland Hotel, processing steel structure for Ha Tien 2.2 cement line, Indoor Sport Stadium of Ton Duc Thang University, aquaculture Veterinary drug manufacturing Factory, processing streel structure for Vung Tau 3-way overpass.

With nearly 400 employees of the Company implementing the construction of projects of LILAMA College's E-Building Building, Dofico Office Buiding, Bac Lieu Public Security Office, Vinh Tan 2 Thermal Power Plant Operation Area, Vinh Tan 4 Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lecture room B of Banking University HCMC, Bac Lieu People's Council Office, Semi-detached houses and Becamex Binh Phuoc Office, etc.
