The highlight of the project is that 100% of the apartments are in the form of apartments and social housing to meet the need for social housing in the area. The project is designed according to EDGE standards (green standards), green building architecture, aiming for an ideal, modern living future for the resident community. At the same time, with the solution of creating a housing project capable of adapting to social and environmental changes.
