Dong Nai – On May 19, a delegation from the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management under the Ministry of Construction conducted a working session and on-site survey at the Long Binh Tan Social Housing Project, which is being developed by Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company.

The working delegation was led by Mr. Ha Quang Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management under the Ministry of Construction.
Also joining the delegation was Mr. Thai Doan Hoa, Deputy Head of the Housing and Real Estate Market Management Division of the Dong Nai Department of Construction.

Welcoming and working with the delegation were Mr. Mai Xuan Chiem, Deputy General Director of Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company, along with representatives from the Project Management Board and relevant departments.

Deputy General Director Mai Xuan Chiem presented the current status and implementation progress of the Long Binh Tan Social Housing Project.

During the working session, the delegation conducted a field survey, inspected the construction progress, and visited the model housing units.
Representatives of the Ministry of Construction listened to the developer’s report and engaged in discussions to provide feedback and suggest solutions aimed at addressing difficulties and obstacles encountered during the project implementation.
